The Glide Method
The Glide Method blends mindful touch, movement, and breath into a flowing, intuitive bodywork experience. Every session moves like a meditation in motion, I guide slow, intentional pressure while supporting your breath, creating a sense of calm, presence, and deep release.
Inspired by Tai Chi, Lomi Lomi, Thai Yoga, Ayurveda, and other mindful practices, this method allows tension to melt gradually while the nervous system relaxes fully. Each movement is responsive, adaptive, and designed to restore freedom, balance, and ease in your body.
Sessions are personal, restorative, and immersive, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and replenished, often in ways you didn’t know were possible.
